Rose Quartz Dig

Posted by John on June 5, 2017 at 7:10 PM

You all missed a fun dig =good pink rock, (Rose Quartz) plenty of bugs to slap at, spit out ,sneeze out, and otherwise curse at. Small group of Elk moved through camp. They use camper for a rubing post. I found no antler scraches on paint. Sunday Dig - More best color bitts for tumble = 4 batches.

The chips from Rhodonite dig have been tumbling for 07 days in my special grit. Now in polish 3 days and will be done ! And wire wrap here we come !

Thanks for the report, John. I hope that you'll be up to taking another trip out there next spring/summer. I'll bug you about it when the weather warms up. :-)
